Life members may order a
Life Member Certificate
To mark this momentous occasion. The life member certificate was designed by New Bedford artist, Arthur Moniz.
DWM is pleased to offer this certificate to its life members and to those who might wish to become life members.
The certificates will be professionally laser-printed in color on 8 1/2 x 11" high-quality bond paper and bound in a felt folder.
New life members, or members wishing to upgrade to live membership, should complete the form and mail with check for life membership dues (see dues on membership page) plus $10 to cover cost of shipping and handling to:
